PSI-CA - MDTP – 01
OVERVIEW
A 10 days comprehensive corporate management development program in alignment with PMI, PMBOK Standards intertwined with PMP certification
preparation course.
This program targets the Top/Middle management of various sector corporations, program monitoring and evaluation units, and major projects delivery offices. The course focuses on introducing project delivery model, and JPS (Job Planning Systems) in accordance with industry best practices. It also makes a brief presentation on PMO (Project Management Office) development strategies*.
A detailed PMP certifications preparations course has been added to augment the MDTP-04 package. This course is administered exclusively at Clients
Board rooms to their selected participant.
If the Client corporation wants, this course can be segmented. This course can be administered in 5 segments 2 days in each segment. The cost of segmented service may escalate.
OBJECTIVE
To provide project development and delivery corporations an appropriate platform to adapt PMI PMBOK Standards, methodologies,
best practice project delivery models, project Management system for Safe, Cost Effective and Quality project delivery.
Structure of the program:
Assessment of Project and Program Delivery Capability of the corporation or project delivery office (One session)
Develop Corporate project delivery standards, and Introduction to an uniform project delivery platform (one day, two sessions)
Introduction to Boiler Plate templates for Project Execution Plans, Construction Execution Plans (One day two sessions)
PMO strategy overview (one day, two Sessions)
Project Services systems and project Controls (one day, two sessions)
Earned Value Management Systems (half day, one sessions), And
PMP Certifications Examination (5 days, 10 Sessions)
COURSE OUTCOME
Learn and appreciate PMI fundamental project management methodologies, strategic issues in major project delivery, with emphasis to
soft skills that qualify the participants to:

Project Stage Gate Review process according to Construction Industry Institute (CII, USA)
Recognize and approve realistic project/client/customer constraint and requirements
Data Quality Management and Reporting strategy
Human Resource Management and RMS (Resource Management Strategy) for the PMO
Identify specific project and program objectives
Develop project execution plans based on PMI standards and PMBOK guidance
Build project teams, Manage Project RMS, Resource Management Systems to recruit, retain and manage high performing teams
Prepare basic estimates, create a work breakdown structure that helps to manage project control and reporting levels
Create control budgets
Introduction to Management Of Change (MOC)
Build effective plans to control the project budget, schedule, and quality
